I’m an ELLIS PhD student on the interdisciplinary track, jointly supervised by Bernhard Schölkopf (MPI for Intelligent Systems, Tübingen) and Markus Reichstein (MPI for Biogeochemistry, Jena). My research focuses on causal machine learning for Earth system science, with a particular interest in hybrid models that combine data-driven methods with mechanistic insights from structural causal models.
